How will I find the exact picnic spot where you set up?
Don’t worry - we’ll send you a Google pin drop with the precise location 30 minutes prior to your reservation. We will also meet you at the spot to answer any questions you might have and take a couple of Instagram-worthy photos!
Can I bring my own food?
Yes! You are more than welcome to bring along any foods, snacks, cakes...anything! You can also utilize a food delivery service.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
You are welcome to BYOB - as long as it follows the picnic location rules - but NO glass bottles.
What happens if there is unexpected bad weather?
We want your picnic to be a dreamy experience. We understand that unpredictable weather happens, and in this event, we are happy to work with you to reschedule and choose a new picnic day at no cost.
Can I reschedule my picnic if something comes up?
Yes. We understand life happens and we aim to be as flexible as possible for our guests. Just reach out to us at least 72 hours in advance and we will work with you to reschedule your perfect picnic.
How do you accept payment?
We accept 50% deposit payment by using our online booking tool. We also accept credit card and invoice payments for larger parties after booking with us on the phone.
Is tax included in the payment amount?
Tax will be included in the final payment amount collected before your picnic happens.
What happens if we show up late?
Your picnic starts at the scheduled time you selected during your booking. We understand life isn’t perfect, so we give a 15 min grace period.
Can we leave prior to our scheduled time?
Yes! If you would like to leave earlier than the plan, please provide 30 mins notice by call or text. However, you are responsible for the items until we return to pack them up at the arranged time.
Terms and Conditions
3MM Moments in Time – Pop-Up Picnic Services
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings with 3MM Moments in Time, LLC (“3MM Moments in Time,” “we,” or “our”). By booking with us, you (“Client”) agree to the following:
1. Booking, Payment, and Cancellations
• Payment: A [non-refundable deposit of 50%] is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than [ 2 days] prior to the event.
• Cancellation more than 48 hours before event: 50% cancellation fee. This fee may be applied toward a rescheduled booking of equal or higher value within 60 days of the original event date.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before event: No refunds will be issued.
• Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance, 50% of the original booking fee will be applied to a new booking within 60 days of the original event date.
• Weather Policy:
- If the weather forecast predicts 60% or greater chance of precipitation, we will not set up outdoors.
- The Client must provide an alternate indoor location or reschedule within 60 days.
- In case of rain, the Client has until 48 hours prior to the event to make alternate arrangements.
• No-Show Policy: If 3MM Moments in Time is not notified of a cancellation, rescheduling, or venue change at least 48 hours before the event, no refunds will be provided.
2. Loss, Damage, and Care of Property
• All rental items (furniture, décor, tableware, etc.) remain the property of 3MM Moments in Time unless otherwise stated in writing.
• The Client is responsible for the safety and care of all rental items from delivery until collection.
• The Client may be charged up to the current replacement cost of any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to negligence or misuse.
• 3MM Moments in Time accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained if the Client or guests move, misuse, or fail to follow instructions regarding rental items.
3. Liability and Assumption of Risk
• The Client acknowledges that outdoor events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, uneven terrain, food sensitivities, and the actions of third parties.
• By booking, the Client voluntarily assumes these risks for themselves and their guests.
• 3MM Moments in Time shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
• The Client is responsible for informing us of all dietary restrictions and allergies. We are not responsible for adverse reactions if accurate information is not provided.
4. Force Majeure
3MM Moments in Time shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligations when such failure is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, natural disasters, fire bans, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with the Client to reschedule the event within 60 days of the original date.
5. Definitions
• “3MM Moments in Time” means the business providing the pop-up picnic services and rental items.
• “Client” means the person(s) or business booking services and accepting responsibility for themselves and their guests
